Order Processing


All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. Orders will ship within 1-4 days, pending availability and actual shipment times. 

Orders of $150 or more ship with free standard ground shipping within the domestic contiguous United States. For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $10. Ground orders are estimated to arrive in 2-8 business days depending on ship-to location.

If you have given us an incorrect address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. If a package is lost or stolen and you have not paid for insurance on your order, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

At this time, luca is currently not accepting international orders.

Cancelling An Order

If you need to cancel an order you must email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of when you place your order. 

Pricing and Currency

All prices on our Website are listed in US Dollars. Shipping costs are not included in the price, but calculated as an extra charge upon checkout. All prices are subject to change at any time.


Your purchase is not for resale or export and is for your own non-commercial use.  

We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. 

We strive to keep your orders as well as payments as secure as we can, however, in the case of third party unauthorized access to any customer data, we will not be held responsible for any loss on your side.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept any returns. Luca will offer exchanges on purchases within 10 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition (including original packaging) for luca to consider an exchange of equal value. You have three (3) days to notify us of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase otherwise we cannot be held responsible for these specific issues. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

Should we need to contact you regarding your purchase and should you have provided us with your phone number or email address as your contact information, you authorize us to contact you at that number or email address regarding your purchase.

Exchange Process For Orders

  1. Send an e-mail to [email protected] within 10 days from the order date. Please note the order number, what item you are exchanging, and which other item(s) you would like to exchange it for. If there is a remaining balance due, we will send an invoice via PayPal for the remaining amount. If money is due, the remainder will be issued as a store credit.

  2. Put your item(s) back in a shipping box along with your invoice. All items must be kept in the original packaging.

  3. Mail items back to us at 5727 N Figueroa Street, Los Angeles CA 90042.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange.
