How do you choose your products?

The first and most important aspect of choosing products is measuring their purity level. This means that we do not carry products that use petroleum ( or any fossil fuel based ingredients), are sulfate, mineral oil, formaldehyde, tuluene, DCP, Camphor, Paraben, SLS, and phthalate free. We carry products that do not use any synthetic or fragrances or dyes. We often use EWG as a guide and make sure that all of our products follow their guidelines. 

We also try to carry as many products as possible that adhere to the highest possible standards of sustainability. Many of our products use local herbs that are sustainably harvested. They are also packaged in recyclable or biodegradable packaging and many of our products are biodegradable themselves. 

As we try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible, we mostly carry products that are made in Los Angeles or California. We search far and wide to find the best products as close to us as possible. 

Last but certainly not least, we try every product in the store ourselves to ensure their effectiveness and their quality. We want to make sure that you love everything you take home because we know that everyone works hard for their money and deserves to have products they love. 

What is your return policy?

If you receive a product that is damaged, we offer exchanges and store credit for up to 10 days. 

How do you ship your products?

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we reuse every box, paper and packaging that is sent to us. We use USPS to ship our product in order to create the most convenient and sustainable delivery practices.
